FAQ's

WHAT AMOUNT OF FABRIC IS REQUIRED TO FINISH MAKING A MEMORY TEDDY BEAR?
•  1-2 items of adult clothing (e.g. jumper, t-shirt, cotton shirt, pair of jeans, etc.).
•  2-3 items of children’s clothing (e.g. cardigan, jumper, sweatshirt, t-shirt, jeans, etc.).
•  Minimum ¼ to 1 meter of fabric.
Using different types of knitted items may affect the size of the bear because of the material used. It is important that the clothes are clean and in good condition, as heavily worn clothing may affect the overall quality of the final product.

WHAT ARE THE IDEAL MATERIALS TO USE WHEN MAKING MEMORY TEDDY? 
The majority of woven fabrics are appropriate for use. Knitted pieces may also be utilised, but they may cause the bear to vary in size because of the material’s characteristics. Garments or fabrics that are worn or excessively worn will affect the end result. Clothing and fabrics provided for use must be clean and in a decent and usable condition.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO CREATE MY MEMORY BEAR? 
Upon receiving your clothing or fabric, it typically takes 3-4 weeks for us to create your custom Memory Teddy Bear as per our standard processing time.

Please inform us in advance if you need the bear urgently or by a specific date, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Important Note:
•  Please be advised that the time it takes to complete your order starts from when we receive the clothing/fabric, not from the date the order was placed, and does not include shipping time.
•  Since each Memory Teddy Bear is one-of-a-kind, the turnaround times may vary, but we will notify   you promptly if there are any delays.
•  For urgent or express orders, pricing is available upon request.
•  Please note that due to variations in the fabrics we receive, the final product may differ slightly from the examples shown.

ARE MARTEDDIES MEMORY BEARS SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN TO PLAY WITH?
Memory Teddy Bears are not intended for children and should not be considered as toys. Due to the nature of their materials, both internally and externally, they cannot undergo CE checking. These bears are solely sold as decorative items, and by placing an order and completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this condition. 

CAN AN ITEM BE RETURNED?
Unfortunately, due to the unique nature of our custom-made products using the fabric you provide, we are unable to accept returns.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT VOUCHERS?
Gift vouchers are available for purchase and can be delivered via post or email as an attachment to the buyer.

We will send your customized Memory Bear back to you via Postnet to Postnet shipping, which is already included in the price. If you require urgent delivery using alternative methods, additional charges will apply for urgent/express items.
